  • No Warranties: We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of listings or profiles.

SocialCircles.Live uses One‑Time Passwords (OTP) delivered via SMS or email for account access. By using the OTP process, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

User Responsibility

Any SMS or email charges incurred during OTP delivery are the responsibility of the user. You must maintain access to the email address or phone number associated with your account.

12) Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors supporting hosting, operations, or support, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal/Compliance: To comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell personal information.

13) Your Choices & Rights

  • Access/Update: Manage your profile through account settings.
  • Delete: Remove your profile and content at any time or request admin removal.

  • EEA/UK: You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
  • California (US): You may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA (know, delete, correct, opt‑out of sharing). We do not sell personal information.
