SocialCircles.Live is an information hub designed to connect venues, artists, booking agents, and fans. We do not sell tickets or replace official websites or social media pages. Our goal is to make event details easier to find and share.

2. Account Registration and Login

Users must register to access certain features, such as saving favorite venues, artists, and events.
One-Time Passcodes (OTP):

We use OTPs for secure account login instead of traditional passwords.
By registering and using the OTP process, you agree to receive SMS or email messages containing OTPs for authentication purposes and to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
User Responsibility: Events Online, LLC is not responsible for any messaging costs, data rates, or other charges that may be incurred by your carrier or email provider. Please ensure you have access to the email address or phone number associated with your account.




3. Approved Users
Only Site Admin-approved Artists and Venue Admin users can add or edit event information, social media links, and profile details.
Approval is at the discretion of SocialCircles.Live and may be revoked for violations of these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and when updating your profile.
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful content.


5. Privacy and Data

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
OTP-related communications:

OTPs are used solely for authentication and security purposes.
By registering and using SocialCircles.Live, you opt in to receive OTP messages via SMS or email for login and account verification.
You may withdraw this consent by deleting your account; however, without OTP access, you will not be able to log in or use account-based features.



6. Intellectual Property
All content on SocialCircles.Live, including logos and design, is owned by Events Online, LLC. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.


7. Limitation of Liability
SocialCircles.Live is an information and discovery platform. Event details, schedules, performers, pricing, and availability are provided by venues, artists, promoters, or publicly accessible sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listing. Event information may change at any time without notice.
SocialCircles.Live is not responsible or liable for incorrect, outdated, or missing event information, nor for any losses or issues arising from event cancellations, schedule changes, ticketing, reservations, or any transactions conducted outside our platform.
Users should always verify event details directly with the venue or event organizer before attending or making any purchase decisions.


8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
